Funds Stuck on BitMart? You Are Not Alone.Introducing Voices by Tratok

Voices is a free home for everyone whose funds are stuck on BitMart, whatever the token, wherever you live, and whether or not you have ever used Tratok.

Free. Any token, any country. About ten minutes, and you can save as you go.
We will never ask for money, seed phrases, private keys or your BitMart password.

There is a particular kind of tired that comes from refreshing a withdrawal page. The balance is still there. It still will not move. The support ticket says what it said last week.

And somewhere along the way a quiet thought settles in: there is nothing someone like me can do about this.

That thought is wrong. And you are far from the only one having it.

Why Tratok built Voices

When an exchange stops answering, the people hit hardest are the ones with the least power to push back. Lawyers across borders are expensive. Police and regulators are confusing. On your own, it is easy to believe that nothing can be done.

Together, it is different. A group of well-documented cases carries a weight that one complaint never will. So Tratok built Voices, and opened it to everyone.

Transparency
People deserve clear, honest answers about where their funds are and when they can have them back.
Justice
Putting things right should not depend on who can afford the most expensive lawyers.
Trust
Blockchain only grows if people can trust it. Standing together protects everyone who believes in its future.

Tratok pays for every part of it. There is no fee to take part, not now and not later.

What happened, with every source attached

Voices keeps a dated public timeline of what BitMart announced and what users have experienced since. Every entry is labelled Confirmed, Reported or User reports, and every entry links to its source, so you never have to take anyone’s word for it. A few of the entries:

26 July 2026 Confirmed
BitMart announced an “orderly wind‑down” of its exchange. Deposits were suspended, trading ended on 26 August 2026, and operations are planned to cease on 31 January 2027.
6 August 2026 Confirmed
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority said BitMart entities “are not, and have never been” registered or licensed by it to carry on virtual asset business in or from the Cayman Islands.
9 September 2026 Confirmed
BitMart appointed Alvarez & Marsal as financial adviser and acknowledged “the withdrawal restrictions imposed over the past period”. It gave no reserve figures and no withdrawal timetable.
16 September 2026 Confirmed
BitMart opened a “User Engagement Portal” for questions and feedback, saying it is not a channel for processing individual withdrawals.

Notice the tone. Voices says what was announced, who said it and where you can read it. No guesswork, and no labels that are not ours to use. BitMart is welcome to reply, too: Voices will publish its response in full beside the relevant entries.

How Voices works

1
Register
Create a free account. It takes about two minutes.
2
Tell your story
What is stuck, what happened when you tried to withdraw or contact support, and any evidence you have. Save as you go and come back later.
3
We check it
The Voices team reviews every case. Add a deposit transaction and Voices checks it on the blockchain too.
4
We act together
With your permission, verified cases are prepared for lawyers and for complaints to law enforcement and financial regulators.
5
You stay informed
Follow your own case on your personal page, the bigger picture in Case updates, and talk to others in the members-only community.

Your case page always shows where things stand:

Stage 1
Submitted
Received, and waiting for review.
Stage 2
Verified
Checked by the Voices team.
Stage 3
Included in filings
Part of the collective submissions.

If the team needs anything else, your case shows More information needed, with the question right there.

On your own, or with Voices

Your evidence
✕On your own: screenshots scattered across apps and inboxes.
✓With Voices: one private case file, and a digital fingerprint on every upload, so nobody can claim it was changed.
What happened
✕On your own: rumours, threads and half-remembered notices.
✓With Voices: a dated timeline where every entry carries its source.
Complaining
✕On your own: which police? Which regulator? Which form?
✓With Voices: a country‑by‑country guide, plus a complaint letter filled in from your case.
Your voice
✕On your own: one complaint, easy to overlook.
✓With Voices: part of a verified, collective record.
Who you talk to
✕On your own: strangers in your messages promising recovery.
✓With Voices: a members-only community built to keep them out.

Where to complain, country by country

Most people want to complain officially and have no idea where to start. The Where to complain guide lists the police, fraud-reporting services and regulators to turn to, with dedicated pages for the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, India and the UAE, and clear guidance for everywhere else.

Register your case and Voices fills in a complaint letter from the details you have already given. Then log every complaint you make on your case page. One complaint tells one story. Many consistent, well-documented complaints tell a much bigger one.

A community built to keep recovery scammers out

When people have money stuck, a certain kind of stranger appears: the “fund recovery expert” who can get it all back, for a fee paid up front. So the Voices community was designed around keeping those people out.

✓Only people with a registered case can take part
✓No links, emails, phone numbers, wallet addresses or contact handles
✓Recovery offers and fee talk are held for review
✓Three reports and a post is held automatically
✓No private messages, so nobody can slide into yours
✓Verified case badges show who has a checked case

And because the people affected live all over the world, Tara, Tratok’s AI, translates any community post into your language with a single tap.

Your language, one voice

Voices speaks the languages of the people it serves:

Free, multilingual, sourced, and built to keep scammers out. That is what standing up for people looks like.

The one rule worth remembering

Anyone who offers to recover your funds for a fee is a scammer. Even if they mention Voices. Even if they mention Tratok.

Voices never messages anyone first on Telegram, WhatsApp or social media. Official contact comes only through voices.tratok.com or an email address ending in @tratok.com.

Voices organises and documents cases. It is not a law firm, nothing on it is legal or financial advice, it is not affiliated with BitMart, and it never promises that funds will be recovered.

Voices by Tratok: your questions answered

Do I need to be a Tratok user?

No. Voices is open to anyone with funds stuck on BitMart, whatever the token and wherever you live.

Does Voices cost anything?

No. Registering and taking part are free. Tratok covers the running costs, and nobody from Voices will ever ask you for a fee.

Will I get my money back?

Nobody honest can promise that, so be very careful with anyone who does. Voices makes sure your case is documented properly, checked where it can be, and heard by people with the power to act.

Who sees my information?

Only you and the Voices team. With your permission, verified cases are shared with the lawyers, law enforcement agencies and regulators working on this, and never with anyone else. Published numbers are totals only, and you can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like.

Only a small amount is stuck. Should I still register?

Yes. Every case counts, and together they show the true scale of the problem.

I do not have much evidence. Can I still register?

Yes. Start with what you have and add more at any time. Your BitMart UID, screenshots of balances and withdrawal attempts, support messages and deposit transaction hashes all help.

Your voice matters
Every registered case makes the group stronger, and harder to ignore.
