UPDATE
The Final Checklist Before We Open the Doors.
The hospitality module, the safeguards, the transparency, the exchange connections. The last big pieces are going into place before we open Tratok to more stakeholders.
A fair statement of the position that we are in would be to say we are in the final stretch and working through the last set of tasks and safeguards before we open Tratok to the wider world. This is the part where you start making sure the whole ecosystem is genuinely ready to impress new users and win admirers and life time users.
A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes in the last few weeks as we have been working diligently to ensure the health, functionality and suitability of the ecosystem. Every single piece matters before we open the doors.
Not a Chatbot. A Team Member.
The biggest piece we wanted to perfect was Tara. She is now built directly into the hospitality management module as a genuine property assistant. Not a pop-up. Not a help widget. An actual co-manager, sitting inside the portal, working alongside you every day you log in.
She helps service providers manage listings, refine offerings, review availability and pricing, and catch inconsistencies before they ever reach a guest. She understands the specifics of each service. Not a generic template of one.
The difference between a chatbot and a real assistant sounds subtle on paper. In practice, it is the difference between a search engine and a colleague.
Why This Is an Industry First
No other OTA or hospitality platform has put a context-aware AI assistant directly inside its provider portal as an active property manager. Other platforms have support bots. We built a team member. That is a genuine, verifiable industry first, and it is exactly what we wanted to open the doors with.
Here is what that means for service providers, day to day:
- No more digging through menus to find a setting. Ask Tara. She will take you straight there.
- Optimisation suggestions based on your actual listings and availability, not a generic playbook written for someone else’s property.
- Intelligent support, around the clock, that knows your property as well as you do.
- Faster onboarding for new staff. Introduce them to Tara first. She is extraordinarily user friendly.
- Live error detection before anything goes public. Fewer surprises, and better guest experiences from the very first booking.
Pilot Providers: First Retail Users Through the Doors
If you were selected to be part of our pilot program, expect to hear from us within the next 5 working days. As many of you are aware a change in regulation and some geopolitical issues that impacted hospitality, forced us to put the public side of the pilot testing on hold. This was a circumstance beyond our control and we had to take the a hard responsible call.
With the situation now more clear, we are in a position to commence initiation of this. This is a crucial part for showing Tratok off to the public, as when new users investigate the platform following penetration into new markets and new listings, they see the benefits to people just like them. We are probably as exited about this as those who will benefit from free trips and the service providers who look forward to receiving them.
The Final Pieces Before We Open
When the doors open and people look at Tratok’s market listings, we want what they see to clearly outclass any other blockchain disruptor they have seen before. The first impression is crucial when targeting a new market segment.
Tratok is still early. Embryonic, honestly. But that is exactly why opening day has to land. When the wider audience arrives, we do not want them poking at a half-finished demo. We want them to find a complete product, a live ecosystem, and a community already using it. Something they have genuinely never seen before in this space. I do not say that lightly.
Part of getting ready is getting our own house in order. Last week, we put formal barriers in place so that team members cannot sell any of their holdings until their vesting period is fully complete. The crypto space has handed everyone more than enough cautionary tales about what happens when that alignment is missing at the start. We learned from them and the experience of our previous listing. We owned the lesson and turned it into something enforceable, well before these next listings.
We have also mapped every company wallet to Tratok’s ENS domain. Which means that from the moment we open, you do not have to take our word for any of this. Go and look. Resolve the name on any block explorer and watch the wallets in real time, whenever you like. The transparency is simply there.
Behind the scenes we have also tested the exchange integration from end to end with our ecosystem, so it is ready from day one. Corporate purchases, and the liquidity they bring with them, will flow straight to the exchanges and strengthen market health with every transaction that clears. The people positioned to benefit most are the ones who have been here longest. Our token holders. Our early adopters. The people who believed when there was very little to show.
There is still some work to complete before the end of the week, the last few items on the list before we are ready but we will have further updates for you over the weekend.
For now, though. Back to work. The doors are nearly open, we want to make sure they open to a industry standard setting product.
More very soon, Carol
