Five small moves turn a fresh account into a travel machine: passkey on, profile alive, first hearts saved, Tara met, wallet ready. Here is the whole ritual.

The ten-minute ritual

Switch on your passkey. Head to Settings and add a passkey. From then on you sign in with your fingerprint or face: nothing to remember, nothing to phish, the same technology guarding your wallet. Two minutes, and your account is a fortress.

Give your profile a face. Photo, a line about you. Your profile is your passport in the Tratokian network, and the “friend lives here” magic works better when your people can recognise you.

Heart three things. Open the Explore map or search a dream city, and tap the heart on whatever tempts you. Favourites is your future-trips shelf; stocking it early is how spontaneous weekends become possible later.

Say hello to Tara. Ask her anything: “what can you do?” is a perfectly good opener. Thirty seconds with the industry’s only real AI concierge and you will understand why menus feel prehistoric.

Ready the wallet. Open Wallet, see how deposits work, and top up with TRAT when you are ready to book. From that moment, every booking earns its way back.

Do I need the passkey to use Tratok?

You can browse and sign in without one, but the passkey is what unlocks the best of the security model, including confirming wallet actions with your fingerprint. It is the single highest-value minute of the ten.

Is any of this hard to undo or change?

Nothing here is permanent. Hearts toggle off, profiles edit, settings revisit. The ritual is a head start, not a commitment ceremony.
