  • Enhanced Support System: Our in-house developed support system has received a major upgrade. We’ve fine-tuned it to make user feedback and troubleshooting more effective, ensuring your questions are answered promptly and your issues are resolved efficiently.   • Improved Tratok Bridge: The Tratok Bridge, a cornerstone of our ecosystem, is now more user-friendly and easier to navigate. These improvements make it simpler for you to interact with our platform, whether you’re transferring assets or exploring new opportunities within the ecosystem.

  • Community-Driven Rewards: In an exciting development, a member of our vibrant community called the Release function from the escrow smart contract, enabling qualified users to receive their well-deserved rewards. This milestone underscores the power of our community and the trust we’ve built together.

  • Additional Licenses In The Pipeline: As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and ecosystem growth, we worked closely with Bitmart to temporarily pause trading. This decision, made under legal advice, was a proactive step to align with a new regulator while applying for a broker and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license. These licenses will enable Tratok to introduce a fiat on-ramp for corporates to book travel, feeding liquidity directly into exchanges via API orders. This will exponentially boost liquidity, benefiting both the ecosystem and blockchain enthusiasts. We’re excited to announce that this process is now well underway! As of today, September 24, 2025, we’re adding additional USDT liquidity to the exchanges, with trading set to resume within the next few days. To ensure everyone is prepared, we’ll post a 24-hour notice on our social media channels, so you can hit the markets ready to buy and sell to your satisfaction.

What You Didn’t See: Overcoming Challenges and Building Resilience

While the visible improvements are exciting, the work happening behind the scenes is equally critical to ensuring Tratok remains a robust and reliable platform. This past month, we faced an unexpected challenge that tested our resilience but also highlighted our ability to adapt and innovate.

  • Navigating the Red Sea Fiber Optic Disruption: The cutting of two fiber optic cables in the Red Sea caused significant disruptions to businesses across the globe, including Tratok. This rare and unforeseen event impacted even industry giants like Microsoft Azure and Amazon, particularly for services operating in the MENA and Asia regions with servers in Europe and the US. For Tratok, our APIs, which typically respond in 15–40ms, experienced delays of up to 160,000ms, timing out service providers’ ability to update pricing and inventory. While full service restoration is expected in the coming weeks, this event underscored the importance of preparedness for improbable disruptions. But don’t worry, we have taken appropriate countermeasures.

  • Proactive Contingency Measures: In response, we took decisive action to safeguard our ecosystem. Last week, we invested in additional dedicated servers at a state-of-the-art data center in Abu Dhabi. This strategic move ensures we’re equipped to handle future unforeseen events, protecting our users from potential disruptions. By addressing this challenge now, we’ve strengthened our infrastructure to prevent disappointed or stranded customers in the future. This resilience is a testament to our commitment to delivering uninterrupted service, no matter the circumstances.
