Support That Actually Answers You

One support desk across the whole ecosystem, replies that reach you by email, bell and phone in your own language, and a ticket you can follow from the moment you send it.

Carol
Community Manager, Tratok

Asking for help is the moment a platform either earns your trust or quietly loses it. You send a message into a form, and then nothing. Was it received? Is anyone reading it? Should you send it again?

We have rebuilt the whole thing so that never happens.

One desk, one thread, and a reply that finds you wherever you are, in the language you read in.

What changed

One support desk, not multiple
Tratok used to keep separate support centers across its different platforms. They is now changed to a single home, so a question does not fall down the gap between different systems, and the staff answering you can see the whole picture.
You are told the moment somebody replies
A staff reply reaches you three ways at once: a branded email, a row in your notification bell, and a push notification on your phone if you have turned push on. You do not have to keep going back to check.
In your own language
Reply notifications are rendered in the language you read the site in, across sixteen of them, rather than defaulting to English and hoping.
Attach what you are talking about
A screenshot explains in one second what three paragraphs cannot. Tickets carry attachments, so you can simply show us.
Priority, and a visible history
Tickets carry a priority, and the thread records what happened to it and when, so the state of your question is never a mystery.

Your ticket has a status you can actually read

Every ticket sits in one of three plain states. Open, meaning we have it and nobody has answered yet. Answered, meaning the last word was ours and it is waiting for you. Closed, meaning it is done. No queue positions, no reference numbers you have to decode.

And if you solve it yourself before we get there, you can simply withdraw the ticket. You can even ask Tara to do it for you.

Why we bothered

Because support is not a cost centre, it is the part of the product people remember. Anybody can build a contact form. The difficult part is making sure the answer comes back to a real person, in a language they read, on a device they are actually holding, and that they can see it happening the whole time.

If you need us, the contact page is in your account menu on tratok.net. Hospitality providers have the same desk inside the portal as do all other Tratok properties.
